Groove produces innovative, high-energy dance competitions and conventions, blending cutting-edge technology with a fun, fast-paced experience for dancers. We're committed to the ongoing growth and success of each dancer who crosses our stage. We take pride in offering unmatched customer service and building lasting relationships with dancers, families, and studio directors alike. Our competitions are all about the dancers and providing a memorable experience for every performer.

Conventions
Our one-day conventions focus on smaller class sizes for a more personal learning experience from our world-renowned, passionate, and knowledgeable faculty members. Each convention features classes in Lyrical, Tap, Jazz, Hip Hop, and Contemporary. Our conventions will conclude with our Faculty Finale, scholarship presentation, and a meet and greet opportunity with our faculty.
Regional Competitions
Groove offers three levels of competition: Novice, Intermediate, and Advanced. We offer unique awards to allow numerous opportunities for competitors to be recognized, including: adjudicated awards, category placements, overall awards, studio awards, judges awards, cash prizes, and scholarship opportunities.
Studio Directors :: Pre-Registration is available starting August 1st to save your studio's spot at the Regional Competition of your choice and have our largest studio incentives locked-in. Please contact us for more information!
National Finals
Our National Finals feature a three-level convention, as well as our age-specific social events: the Groovefest Gala (13+ over ) and our Junior Bash (12 + under). We are proud to offer of 7th annual Parent Dance Battle for charity, OneBeat Pin Trading, and our final battle of the week known as The JAM.
Studio Directors :: Pre-Registration is available starting August 1st to save your studio's spot at the National Final of your choosing. We offer a free hotel room for qualifying studio directors. Please contact us for more information and stipulations!

Yes! Groove provides free photos and videos to every registered competitor. Media is released to studio directors within 2 weeks of the event.
To view award results, please visit the Tour Dates section of our website, find the event of your choice, select "Event Details" and then "View Results". Results are typically available within the week following the event.
This season we are proud to produce 3 National Finals: Orlando, FL (June 21-25, 2026), Atlantic City, NJ (June 29 - July 3, 2026) and Nashville, TN (July 13-17, 2026).

Groove is a proud sponsor of the Industry Dance Awards (IDA)! At each of our Regional Competitions, we nominate select advanced group routines to be in the running to represent us at IDA.
Yes! Opening Number Invitations and Scholarships are cross-honored amongst our competition brands. Any OneBeat scholarship or opening number invite can be used at any OneBeat event.
